To help make booking a cabin on our wedding cruise as easy as possible, we have set up a group block and partnered with a wedding travel agent. 1. Only one (1) person from your party needs to complete the room reservation to get your cabin booked. Please select the number of guests that will be in your cabin, list each guest’s legal full name, and birth date on the booking form to get your personalized rate quote. If you are traveling with kids under 12 – our travel agent will check to see if the Kids Sail Free promo is available to get you the best rate on your cabin. Staterooms can accommodate up to four guests in one cabin (suites can accommodate more if needed), the guaranteed group rates are valid for cabins that can accommodate 2 Adults. Cabins with three or more guests will be booked at Royal Caribbean’s best available rates through our wedding travel agent.
2. Round trip transportation to and from the airport can be included in your booking price for an additional fee per guest and can be bundled in with your hotel room reservation payments.

Ocean View Stateroom – Soak in the scenes of sea and shore from the comfort of your own Ocean View room. Total Price for TWO Adults: $ 1,788.22 includes taxes & port fees
Connecting Promenade Cabins – Family friendly options to give you more space but still connected. You’ll have views of the promenade, great for people watching! Total Price for TWO Adults: $ 1,768.22 includes taxes & port fees (total for 2 connecting cabins with 2 guests registered per cabin = $3,536.44)
Ocean View Balcony Stateroom – Pristine views of the ocean with your own private ocean view balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. Total Price for TWO Adults: $2,228.22 total price for 2 adults
Suites – Personalized pricing proposals can be provided for suites – please submit a reservation booking form to receive your custom quote for a suite, please add in the notes field of the booking form if there is a specific type of suite you would like.

The closest airport to the Miami Cruise Ship Terminal with commercial air service is the Miami Airport (MIA).
We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.
Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them. If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with our travel agent as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

The group rate cabins have limited availability. We recommend you book your cabin as soon as possible by completing the booking form below to guarantee your reservation.
To reserve your room and apply your deposit, please click the "Book My Room" Link Below! You will receive a reservation confirmation and invoice within 48 hours.
You don't have to pay all at once! Book early and take advantage of our Easy Monthly Payment Plan, it is interest-free! All you have to do is submit your payment in the secured reservation payment form online. It will give 9 Star Adventures Travel Agency, (or our affiliates) permission to debit your Debit OR Credit Card for any amount you choose, and how often you choose.
A deposit of $200 per stateroom is due at the time of booking, to secure your room.
The final balance is due by Dec. 26, 2027. Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines will release any reservations not paid in full by the final due date.

Travel will be strictly handled through our wedding travel coordinator. Please ONLY book the cruise through her as information will be disseminated through her and it allows us to stay together as a group for onboard coordination of the ceremony, rooms, and dinner.
Hotel accommodations will be made closer to the wedding date. A group rate of rooms will be reserved for one day prior to sail date. Please check back for updates as we approach the wedding.
